These four Shanti volunteers have a combined 22 years of providing emotional support to their Shanti Partners and to other volunteers, as well as facilitating numerous trainings. Most recently, they served together as Shanti's Program Committee. After creating a volunteer servey and analyzing its results, they made recommendations for offering expanded support options for experienced Shanti volunteers. They also advised staff on the refinement of volunteer policies and updating of the volunteer manual. Their focus throughout the process was to expand our vision to create more options for support and enrichment for Shanti volunteers. We honor: Greg Colucci, Leann Rayfuse, Nika Short and Tom Rowan.
