Linda Robertson completed CareTeam training in October 2010. While waiting to be placed on a CareTeam, she volunteered every Friday (all day!) in our office. During this time, she has helped many of us in the administrative office by sharing her extensive skills with us and always bringing a willingness to work hard, a caring presence, and a cheerful self. During her office volunteer time, she has entered volunteer and donor information in our database, filed, collated training manuals, worked on the grounds, distributed CareTeam and Shanti flyers, and recruited new CareTeam volunteers for the agency. We hope that this Volunteer of the Year award conveys the depths of our gratitude for all that Linda has contributed to our agency!
